Questions
Questions about working with GGSites.
Short answers about cost, timing, AI and what happens after launch. Ask the assistant if yours is missing.

Getting started
What does GGSites do?
GGSites designs and builds custom websites, AI chatbots, AI assistants for teams and workflow automation, and connects them to the tools a business already uses.
Who do you work with?
Businesses in the US and Europe, from local services to online stores, plus individual projects such as portfolios and personal sites.
How do we start?
Send the project form or ask the assistant for a consultation. Say what the business does and what you want to change; a rough idea is enough.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. Projects run remotely. Consultations happen over Google Meet, a voice call or text, whichever you prefer.
Cost and timing
Why is there no price list?
Two projects with the same name can need very different work: the number of pages, the content, the tools to connect. A quote after a short consultation is more honest than a range that does not fit.
What do AI tools cost to run?
An AI chatbot or assistant pays an AI provider for each conversation. The cost depends on the provider and the volume, and it is estimated before the build so the monthly figure is known.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. You get a timeline with the quote, and design reviews and working previews along the way.
AI chatbots and assistants
Is the chatbot real AI?
Yes. It uses a large language model, limited to the information you approve and to the jobs agreed for it.
Can it learn from our documents?
It answers from the pages and documents you choose. It does not need training on your data; it reads the approved sources when it answers.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Answers are tested before launch, and you can read past conversations and correct the information it uses. Questions it should not answer go to a person.
Can I try one?
Yes: the assistant on this site is one. Open it from the corner of any page and ask it about GGSites.
Websites and automation
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. We look at what is there first and suggest fixes or a rebuild only when it makes sense.
Will the website be fast on phones?
Every page is designed for phones first and checked for speed before launch, since most visitors from ads arrive on a phone.
What can automation do for a small business?
Take repeated admin off your hands: copy enquiries into the right place, send reminders and follow-ups, and keep records up to date between your tools.
After launch
Who owns the site and the accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting and accounts are set up in your name or handed over at launch.
Do you look after things after launch?
Support, hosting and changes after launch are agreed as part of the project, so you know who looks after what.
What about privacy and data?
Data handling is agreed before each build, including where data is stored and processed. This site's own practices are in the privacy notice.
Still have a question?
Ask the assistant in the corner, or send the project form and we will reply by email.
