Who handles your information

GGSites is responsible for handling information submitted through this website. To contact the site operator about privacy, use the project enquiry form and begin your message with “Privacy request”.

This notice covers the public website and its enquiry form. Data handling for a commissioned project is agreed separately where needed.

Project enquiries

When you submit the form, GGSites receives your name, email address, any company name you provide, the service you select, your message and your preferred way to talk. The record also includes your acknowledgement of how these details are used, when it was received and a generated reference.

Your details are used to read your request, respond, discuss a possible project and arrange a conversation. They are not used to sign you up for a mailing list or sold to advertisers.

Responding to a project request can involve taking steps before entering a contract. Handling other correspondence and protecting the website serve the legitimate interests of running the service and responding to people who contact it.

Enquiry records stored by this website are removed after 180 days. If you become a client, information needed for the project, contract or invoicing is handled separately, with the relevant purpose and retention explained at that stage.

Providing the required fields lets GGSites process your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details, private keys, health information or other sensitive information in the form.

Technical logs

The server records limited technical information to operate the website, investigate errors and prevent abuse. Logs can include an IP address, the requested page, the date and time, browser information and a response status.

Technical logs are rotated daily, with up to 30 daily archives retained. Short-lived rate limiting is also used to reduce automated form abuse. Technical logs are not used for advertising profiles.

Storage and access

Website enquiries are stored privately on the server hosting GGSites. The hosting provider, netcup, provides the underlying infrastructure. Access is restricted to the site operator and the service needed to process the form.

The form uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Enquiries are stored outside the public website directory and are not published on the site.

Information may be disclosed if required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party visitor analytics. Fonts and site assets are served with the website.

The interactive examples on the site are demonstrations. They do not send the sample information shown in them to a CRM, messaging service or AI provider.

Other services

Choosing Google Meet, text or a voice call in the form records a preference. It does not create a meeting or send your details to a meeting provider automatically.

If a conversation later takes place through Google Meet, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram or another service, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Those details can be discussed before using the service.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access your personal information, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its use, receive a portable copy or object to processing. Some rights depend on the purpose and legal basis of the processing.

Use the enquiry form and begin your message with “Privacy request”. Include the email address associated with your original enquiry and explain what you would like to request. GGSites may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The website does not make decisions about you using automated profiling. If European data-protection law applies, you can also complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
